SCOPE OF WORKS
The Brisbane Cricket Ground, fondly known as The Gabba was built in 1895 with the previous redevelopment in 2005. IPCQ was a part of the $35 million project to modernise the stadium in 2020.
Due to IPCQ’s 50 years experience and back by our ISO quality accreditation, IPCQ was able to deliver the high quality gloss finish required for the event space which would be viewed by thousands of sports fans every year. Safety and the end product had to be exceptional due to The Gabba being a public owned asset and famous icon in Brisbane.
High risk works included working with pedestrians on busy Vulture and Stanley Street and maneuvering multiple EWPs in tight spaces.
