Brisbane Airport – Domestic Terminal Roof Restoration

PROJECT INFORMATION

IPCQ was engaged to complete the refurbishment of 50,000 m2 of roof area at Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal.

Our team replaced flashing, reinstated penetrations and applied a two-coat protective coating system to the roof.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Extend the life of the Brisbane Airport domestic terminal roof for an additional 20 years. IPCQ commissioned a purpose-built spray system enabling the coatings to be applied without over-spray and with limited personnel. The spray system is a mobile self-contained unit with an inbuilt extraction system which provides production rates equivalent to a 6 person crew.
