Industrial & Protective Coatings Qld was Incorporated in Hemmant, Brisbane with 6 partners including Paul Jeffs & Col Mears.

Col Mears & Paul Jeffs took the reins of IPCQ and grew the company from Hemmant to Queensland-wide.

IPCQ developed the yard facility at Wyuna Crt Hemmant and became Brisbane’s leading blasting and painting facility. Our Quality Assurance system was the first in Queensland to be third party certified to ISO9001 in the industry.

The changing of the guard with Daryl Mears and Luke Emery continuing the company and focusing on site-based projects.

Celebrating 48 years in business and growing to the company we are today. Ongoing certification of our QA and Safety & Environmental Management systems to ISO certification has ensured we stay focused on our vision and strategies.
