Protecting critical pipeline infrastructure

IPCQ provides specialised surface preparation, protective coating and lining solutions for pipeline infrastructure throughout Australia. Our experienced team can complete pipeline projects onsite or at our dedicated blasting and coating facility in Pinkenba, Brisbane.

We provide the following pipeline coating and remediation solutions:

IPCQ has extensive experience completing major and minor pipeline refurbishment projects across fuel terminals, refineries, water infrastructure and industrial facilities.

Our capabilities include:

  • External pipeline coating removal and surface preparation
  • Protective coating application and reinstatement
  • Pipeline wrapping systems
  • Corrosion remediation and localised repairs
  • Work on pipelines at ground level, at height and over water
  • Full containment and environmental protection systems
  • Projects within operational refineries, terminals and industrial facilities
  • High-risk access and site-specific safety planning

Specialised lining equipment is then used to achieve a consistent protective coating application, while integrated internal camera systems support inspection, verification and quality assurance.

Our yard capabilities include:

  • Internal and external abrasive blasting
  • Internal pipe lining application
  • Integrated internal camera inspection
  • Protective coating application
  • Pipe identification, labelling and traceability
  • Custom pipe cradles and material-handling systems
  • A 25-tonne crane and 12-tonne forklift
  • Secure laydown and asset segregation areas
  • Dedicated blast rooms and spray booths

Whether the work is completed onsite or at our facility, every project is supported by detailed planning, experienced personnel and robust quality-control processes.
