PROJECT INFORMATION
Remediation of Bridge Piles on the Burnett Kolan and Boyne River rail bridges. Queensland Rail is undertaking remediation works on a series of rail bridges on the North Coast Line in Central Queensland. These works were necessary to ensure that safe, timely and adequate rail services continue to be provided to the region.
IPCQ was awarded a subcontract with Principal Contractor, Canstruct to complete the paint remediation on above waterline bridge piles on the Burnett Kolan & Boyne River rail bridges.

SCOPE OF WORK
IPCQ completed our scope on the Burnett bridge in May 2018 and the Kolan bridge in September 2018.
Our scope forms part of a multi-million dollar upgrade that will ultimately assist to ensure that the structures remain safe and durable well into the future.
